Daniel brings over 10 years of expertise in logistics, regulatory compliance, and project cost control, having assisted more than 850 organizations throughout the western United States in navigating complex compliance challenges. Rather than offering one-time solutions, Daniel is committed to building lasting partnerships by working closely with clients to find the most effective path back into compliance while always ensuring adherence to environmental guidelines. He prioritizes logical, cost-effective solutions that align with regulatory requirements and long-term operational success.
Before joining Pacific Engineering & Consulting in 2015, Daniel served as a staff sergeant in the United States Air Force. He was selected for Officer Training School but was medically discharged before commissioning. His military service, along with his extensive professional experience, has instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, problem-solving, and leadership—qualities he applies daily in his consulting work.
Daniel graduated magna cum laude from California State University, Fresno with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
